Why can't I download the UI? The button doesn't work. This has been a common problem with personal firewall software, you will either need to add http://www.nurfedui.net to your Allow list (also called your Whitelist) or disable your firewall software temporarily. Some people have had to disable their software and reboot afterwards.
Why do my default party frames still show? This is not a bug, but an option with people that use CT_RaidAssist, just go into your CT_Raid assist options and open the General Options from the control panel and check both the 'Hide party frame' option as well as the 'Hide party frame out of raid' option and it will no longer show up.

Where did my sidebars go? There are no longer designated sidebars, instead there are now 4 extra bars that you can move, rotate and resize. Right click on the N on the minimap and open your Nurfed ActionBars menu, you will see 4 tabs, 1 for each bar, there you can enable them and configure them how you want.
*note: The 'Attach to Main' option will overwrite any settings for an action bar and use the main action bars settings.
Why does my target frame show 100/100 for their health? This is a limitation that Blizzard implimented during beta, you can only get the actual HP for members of your party or raid, and the target frame will display the actual HP. There is an AddOn included (Telo's MobHealth) that will estimate your targets HP, this number is updated as you attack a mob, this number will display if your target is listed in the MobHealth database.
I can't see my bags where did they go? Your bag bar is hidden until you open one of your bags. You can change this by opening up your Nurfed ActionBar options and under the general tab you will see a checkbox for 'Hide Bags When Closed', uncheck it and your bag bar will always be visible. If you still don't see your bags, there is a reset button in the bottom left corner, this will reset your bag positions.
I have a box behind my party frame how do i get rid of it? This is a new feature of the default Blizzard interface, Hit Esc to open up the WoW menu, then go under Interface Options, in the middle section, bottom right hand corner you want to uncheck the Party Background option.
I have a line/crosshair/box in the middle of my screen, how do i get rid of it? Type "/autobar reset" and it will go away.
